All available details for your property are displayed in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
We post ads for your property on Lawson.pro, Craigslist.org, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Hotpads.com, RVAR MLS System.
On Craigslist, the undeniable biggest source of leads, your property’s ad is updated three times a week. We chooses these days and times based on research conducted by Zillow.com.
There is a direct correlation between the condition of your property when rented and it’s condition when vacated.
We handle all of the inquiries, whether by email, phone or FAX. We schedule the appointments and we handle the showing.
OUR SCREENING CRITERIA CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING FOUR AREAS.
Our Leases are drafted with with experience, both in the legal and property management fields. Each Lease is customized to the specific property. We stay up to date on the current Virginia Landlord Tenant Act and other legal issues that may affect the enforcement of our Lease.
Once we have approved an application, we contact the applicant to confirm the details. We then draft the Lease and email it to them for electronic signature (if they prefer, the applicant can still do it the old fashion way). After we receive the security deposit, which the applicant may pay online, we will execute the Lease. It’s at this point we will take the property off of the market.
